Prevention is better than curing, it is exactly sure in pimples problem, then why we are getting worry about pimples when it comes, if we take some care in preventing pimples no need to worry about this, here are some tips to follow to prevent pimples.

  • Diet:
A healthy diet keeps you healthy, so eating sugary food and high glycemic index foods and junk foods, oily food causes pimples so reduce these items in diet, better to avoid.
  • Make Up:
Some people can sleep with makeup when there are tired it’s not good habit, so remove your makeup and clean your face before going sleep. Oily skin people avoid oil based makeup and use Non- Comedogenic makeup.
  • Cleaning Face:
Clean your face daily two times only , some people clean her/his face unnecessarily it is not good, keep your hands clean, don’t touch your face when hands unclean.
  • Popping Pimples:
Some people think popping pimples can reduce pimples no it was wrong instead of this pimple become more so don’t pop pimples.
  • Other Precautions:
Dandruff is also one of the causes of pimples so do headbath regularly, wash pillow cases regularly.
